The Large/Very Large District Convening is Florida’s annual premier district leaders’ dialogue and collaboration event. This year's three-day event provides an opportunity for participants to engage in meaningful discussion on powerful practices related to different system-wide strategies and support for district turnaround schools. Participating school districts will share successful initiatives, including problem solving for issues concerning professional development and social-emotional programs.

Identified experts from each of the 15 participating school districts will present their best practices, engage in parallel dialogue with participants in similar roles for problem solving, and observe best practice in action through a school-site visit.
